  @vorteksio2 I don’t buy that. My experience as an atheist who hardly ever posts on theist video’s is that theists are always the first to start swearing and get abusive.

  And may I add, Jesus propably did exist as a historical figure and did preach a lot of stuff, but not all that is in the Bible. Let’s see: first he accepts a woman/ previously possessed person into his inner circle of thrust (the apostels) and than he preaches : “if you so much as look at a woman, take out your right eye and throw it away for you have already sinned in your mind.” Either he was a nutcake or some ‘scholars’ added some of their own quotes to the Bible……

  @lewisner I think that Pro-jesus guy dasabled the comments, because of mass tj’s fan-boys attacking him, posting stupid comments like: ”TJ PWNED u nap” or ”This video sucks, TJ rulz”. I like TJ, and i agree with him on most of what he said here, but his fan-boys behavior is just fucking pathetic.

  And while i don’t completely agree with bball, his video is somewhat thought-provoking for me, even if it have some contradictions.

  It could fairly easily be proven by a physical manifestation of the “deity” or a sign which utterly defied natural laws. Stop the Earth turning on its axis for example, or actually raise somebody from the dead.

  @TheBFMVlove You can’t be serious? The easiest way to spot an atheist parodying religion (as with Edward Current) is that comments and ratings are allowed. The vast majority of real xtian video’s have them disabled. They can’t stand rational debate.

  Well, obviously it is a bit incoherent to state you believe in the Bible (written by religious people) but you that you aren’t religious. But I do get the message of Bethke. I mean, one thing is to believe in Jesus and another thing is to blindly follow some rules and traditions or some denomination….

  @choclotaerrain I am just now learning about Buddhism and I really like their concepts. I did just read this on a site all about Buddhism. “The idea of sin or original sin has no place in Buddhism. Also, sin should not be equated to suffering”

  By shutting off the public commentary the person sending the message is now able to dumb down the collective mind on the subject thus disabling the unsuspecting viewers from communicating and expanding off of the view. (It’s manipulative.)

  @lewisner I have actually been looking at all too many but this is the first anti Jesus video I’ve seen (so 1 outta 5) that hasn’t disabled the comments where I’ve watched 6 pro Jesus videos and all of them had comments enabled. Just saying

  Jesus comes to uphold the Bible. Period. I really don’t think there should be any discussion about that, because that’s one of those lines in red. I would post this comment on the other video, but… well, we all know we can’t do that.

  I have to put this out there even though this is old news, what with it being a few weeks uploaded. That video-poem is definitely progressive-christian propaganda, splitting hairs and deconstructing the purpose of meaningful expression.The only thing good about that upload was that the guy was trying to give his honest opinion which I guess is why it isn’t very surprising that most of what he was saying was a double-standard. Just take helpful information, set aside the bull-crap, and live life.

  @AlphaDogmatist umm I did say that I follow my beliefs on what I feel is right and wrong. And of Corse the bible is flawed. It’s a book written from several perspectives of people on how to follow Jesus, and the bible was translated several times before translated to English and there are typos that were never fixed. It is a very loose belief system in which all you have to do is accept Jesus and eve.ything else should come naturally.

And of course AmazingAthiest has read the bible, i sincerly doubt you how however. In short: Get a education, if you are going to follow a religion atleast follow its teaching, don’t be a dumbass.

  This video is a really cool response to the Jesus poem one. I kept laughing and laughing at his facial expressions and mannerisms. Totally agree with this one.
